Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Limitless Navigator, a Limitless Village project. By using the site or product, you agree to them.
The service
Limitless Navigator helps families notice and document real-life learning. Features may include Tour Mode (example content), Demo Mode (interactive account-owned explorers), accounts, experience logs, optional AI assistance, and paid subscriptions. The product is evolving; features may change, pause, or be limited during beta.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or subscribe. Parents and caregivers use the product on behalf of their family. Do not submit another person’s personal information without appropriate authority.
Tour and Demo Mode
Tour and Demo may store data in your browser. That data can be lost Tour example interactions may be temporary. Custom family Explorer Profiles and Logs require sign-in and are stored with the account. You remain responsible for keeping any records your family must retain.
Accounts & AI
Keep your credentials confidential. Live AI features (when enabled) require a signed-in session and may send content you provide to our AI processor. Outputs are assistive suggestions — not legal, medical, or educational advice, and not a substitute for your judgment as a parent or educator. Do not use the service to attempt to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the plan shown at checkout. Taxes, renewals, and cancellations follow the terms presented at purchase and in your Stripe customer portal (when enabled). Beta pricing may change.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” during development. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Village is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of beta account data. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
