Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Limitless Village (“we”) handles information in the Limitless Navigator product as it works today. It is written to match current product behavior — not aspirational features.

Who this is for

Limitless Navigator is built for parents and caregivers documenting learning. Accounts are intended for adults. Do not create an account for a child under 13. Learning notes about children should be entered by a parent or guardian.

What we collect

  • Account data — email and authentication details when you sign up (via Supabase Auth), plus optional profile fields such as display name.
  • Family records (when signed in) — explorers and experience logs you save to our database, protected by row-level security so you only access your own rows.
  • Explorer Profiles and Logs — custom family records require sign-in and are stored with your account. Row-level access controls limit database records to their owning account. Tour example content remains separate.
  • Waitlist / newsletter — email and optional interest fields submitted on marketing forms, processed through Mailchimp.
  • Payments — if you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • AI features — when you are signed in and live AI is enabled, text (and temporary audio for voice-to-text) may be sent to OpenAI to generate recognition, trailheads, transcripts, or companion images. Audio used for transcription is not kept as a permanent media library on our servers; we return text. Permanent photo/video/audio uploads are currently disabled by default.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the product, authenticate you, process subscriptions, send waitlist or product updates you opted into, improve reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Depending on features you use, data may be processed by Supabase (auth and database), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email lists), OpenAI (optional AI), and our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel).

Your choices

  • Delete custom Explorer Profiles and Logs from your account.
  • Unsubscribe from Mailchimp emails via the link in those messages.
  • Request account or cloud record deletion by contacting us (see below).
